Time Spent with Mentor

Throughout the holidays, I spent almost 1 and a half hour everyday with my mentor. I couldn't meet him on wednesday because I went out with my family the whole day.
On my first day i.e. Friday, my mentor taught me about the requirements to become a lawyer. I found out many interesting details. He also explained me why this profession is long-lasting and why I should be involved in it. He also taught me how to get to law school. One of the most important detail I noticed  was being logical and applying skills.
On Saturday he continued with how i should prepare for law school and also told me how he got into law school and all his experiences.
On Sunday he told me about the courses in law school. During the first year, students are given common laws and foundational subjects. I also found out about courses from UCLA school of law website. He told me to pick the subjects that are most useful to me and those which will help me in next years. He told me how he set up his courses and planned for it.
On Monday and Tuesday we talked about the final presentation. Since he completed his high school and College in another country he had different types of projects. He had done a similar project in his final year at the law school. We also talked about some of the entrance test and the level of difficulty in law school. He highly recommended me to take LSAT(which is now a requirement).
On Thursday he talked about all the courses he took and the ones which are very important. He also gave me a brief explanation of all the subjects. He concluded to never give up. Many of his friends quit the law school and went of a different profession. He never quit because he enjoyed the profession and warned me not to take the profession as long as I really like it.
On Friday and Saturday he talked about his experience throughout being a lawyer. He said me "Lawyers are get paid very much. One of my friend got paid 190 thousand in a year for handling a case. I always had better grades than him but in this profession all that matter is how you can deal with the situation.". For the most of his time he talked about the cases he dealt with, his success and his failures.
In total I spent 13 hours with my mentor during the spring break.
